Product Manager / Retention Manager
We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager / Retention Manager to join our team and help us strengthen partner success and boost player retention. In this role, you’ll work directly with partners, analyze key metrics, and implement innovative retention mechanics that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. What you’ll be doing: • Analyze partner performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, churn, retention cohorts). • Propose and develop improvements to retention mechanics (bonuses, gamification, personalization). • Support partners in tailoring the product to specific audiences and markets. • Collaborate with partners on A/B testing and UX customization. • Build best practices and recommendations for operators. • Work closely with internal Product Managers to integrate new solutions.
What we’re looking for: • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Partner Success / Retention Manager. • Strong understanding of retention and engagement mechanics in Betting/iGaming or similar industries. • Experience with CRM, loyalty systems, and communication tools. • Basic data analysis skills. • English — Upper-Intermediate. • Nice to have: experience in marketing, gamification, or UX research.
