We are looking for a Growth Manager to join Dealpump, a social network for smart shoppers. This is a strategic role where you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing quiz funnels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and overall growth.
As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, your ability to deliver data-driven strategies and experiments will be essential for the successful launch and rapid validation of new marketing hypotheses.
What challenges await you: * Quiz Funnel Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimize quiz funnels that drive user acquisition and engagement. * Conversion Optimization: Run A/B and multivariate tests on funnels, creatives, and messaging to maximize signups, CTR, and ROI. * Market & User Research: Identify user segments, test hypotheses, and refine messaging to align with user motivations. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure funnel initiatives align with product experience and business goals. * Analytics & Reporting: Track funnel performance, analyze user journeys, and present actionable insights to leadership. * Growth Experiments: Propose, prioritize, and run growth experiments across quiz funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and retargeting flows. * Balancing engagement with conversion in quiz funnels. * Continuously testing and optimizing creative, copy, and user flows at speed. * Adapting quickly to shifting ad platform algorithms and privacy changes. * Collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
What we value: * 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or funnel optimization. * Proven track record of building and optimizing quiz funnels or interactive lead-generation flows. * Strong understanding of performance marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads). * Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). * Experience with A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization). * Strong copywriting and messaging skills, especially for quiz-style engagement. * Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV). * Experience owning and executing end-to-end growth or marketing funnel projects. * Demonstrated ability to increase conversions and optimize customer acquisition. * Hands-on campaign management and creative testing experience. * Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design). * English B2+ proficiency. * Autonomous, ambitious, proactive, positive, open and easy-going, and empathic personality.
A plus if you have: * Knowledge of behavioral psychology and gamification techniques. * Experience working in high-growth startups. * Experience in building marketing programs from scratch. * Previous work in scaling a consumer-facing product in the US market.
