Join our growing Affiliate team as a Junior Affiliate Assistant and become part of an international journey with our iGaming product and multi-geo brands.
This is a unique opportunity to take your first step into the dynamic and fast-paced world of affiliate marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the ins and outs of affiliate operations, and work closely with industry professionals who are ready to share their knowledge.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Monitor and manage communication across multiple channels (Skype, Telegram, Email, etc.) to sort and extract relevant affiliate data.
* Accurately input and maintain affiliate-related information in the company’s CRM system.
* Support the affiliate team with daily operations, including updating and organizing the affiliate database.
* Review and structure chat content from affiliates to ensure all important details are properly documented.
* Collaborate with team members to track affiliate activities, performance, and requests.
* Assist in ensuring smooth communication flow between affiliates and the internal team.
What you need to succeed:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process and categorize data.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with data entry is an advantage).
* Ability to manage multiple communication channels and extract relevant information effectively.
* Responsible, organized, and proactive in completing tasks.
* To be capable of handling routine tasks.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* At least B1 English level.
