Key Responsibilities:
Atlassian Suite Administration (Jira & Confluence): * Administer and maintain our Atlassian environment, including user management, permissions, and project configurations. * Customize Jira workflows, schemes, fields, and screens to meet the evolving needs of our business teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations). * Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to foster effective knowledge sharing. * Manage and evaluate marketplace apps and integrations to extend the functionality of the Atlassian suite. * Perform routine system maintenance, including upgrades and performance tuning.
Google Workspace Administration: * Manage all aspects of our Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs). * Administer core services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Groups. * Implement and enforce security best practices, including managing sharing settings, device policies, and access controls. * Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, file sharing, and application access. * Manage and monitor Google Drive storage and data retention policies.
Slack Administration: * Serve as the primary administrator for our Slack workspace. * Manage user accounts, channels, user groups, and workspace settings. * Oversee the integration of third-party applications and custom bots to enhance productivity. * Ensure compliance with our communication and data security policies within Slack. * Promote best practices for effective communication and collaboration in a digital workspace.
Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as an Application Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or a similar role. * Essential: Hands-on administrative experience with the following platforms: * Atlassian Suite: Jira (Software/Service Management) and Confluence. Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) is highly desirable. * Google Workspace: Strong understanding of the Admin Console and core applications. * Slack: Experience managing a workspace, including integrations and security settings. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a logical, process-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator) are a significant plus. * Ability to Collaborate with cross-functional teams in like minded goal driven projects with tight dead lines. * Adept at liaising between multiple departments, fostering strong professional relationships to ensure strategic alignment and project synergy. * Good English skills in speaking and writing.
