What you’ll own * Full end-to-end ownership of projects across the casino product domain. * Daily coordination with developers, QA, content, integrations, and operations. * Designing and optimizing workflows, delivery pipelines, and timelines. * Setting up Jira structures and maintaining clear documentation in Confluence. * Driving delivery: building roadmaps, tracking deadlines, mitigating risks. * Building and shaping the team — defining roles, hiring, onboarding, running performance cycles and reviews. * Acting as a key communicator with both internal stakeholders (product, ops, tech) and external providers.
What we expect * 2+ years of experience in Project Management (iGaming experience is a strong advantage). * Solid understanding of online casino platforms, providers, and content flow. * Proven track record managing cross-functional teams in product/tech environments. * Confident with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence — and comfortable managing the chaos in between. * Strong skills in roadmap planning, structuring projects, and building documentation. * Experience in hiring, onboarding, and performance management, with the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate teams.
Nice to have * Experience with Jira Service Desk. * Technical background or Business Analyst experience. * PMI or similar project management certifications.
