We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager for an international multi-brand holding group with over a decade of stable operations and presence across Europe, Asia, and Latin America is strengthening its central finance team. We are looking for a responsible colleague to take full ownership of partner settlements and contribute to improving accounting and payment discipline processes.
Your responsibilities * Maintain and reconcile settlements with the group’s partners. * Monitor timely balance closures; perform quarterly reconciliations of turnovers. * Track and reduce overdue receivables/payables. * Ensure accuracy of data in CRM and accounting systems (1C experience is a plus). * Identify variances, analyze payment trends, and prepare working capital reports. * Communicate daily with external partners and internal teams. * Collaborate with finance leadership to improve processes and policies.
What we expect * 1+ year of experience in finance/controlling/internal audit with focus on settlements. * Hands-on experience with financial systems (1C would be an advantage). * Strong Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions). * Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) for cross-country collaboration.
