Role Overview We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager—a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can both shape strategy and execute with precision. You’ll design multi-channel campaigns across email, social, webinars, ABM, paid media, and more—creating a full-funnel engine from awareness to conversion. Analytical rigor, creativity, and relentless optimization should guide your every decision.
Key Responsibilities: * Strategy & Campaign Execution * Define and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to our key segments—leveraging email, social media, paid ads, search, webinars, content syndication, ABM, and more. * Analytics & Optimization * Track campaign KPIs (MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, sales velocity), analyze performance data, and consistently optimize for ROI and efficiency. * Collaboration & Alignment * Partner closely with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging, define ICPs, personalize outreach, and build ABM programs. * Performance Reporting * Regularly analyze, report, and optimize the demand generation program based on ROI and sales effectiveness * Experimentation & Innovation * Test and implement new channels and tactics, including AI-powered tools and emerging platforms, to continuously drive performance gains.
What We’re Looking For: * Experience & Expertise: 3–6+ years in demand generation or growth marketing—especially in B2B SaaS environments. Proven track record of generating high-quality pipeline. * Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM software (HubSpot), paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) * Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong aptitude for performance analysis, data interpretation, and budget/target setting. Comfortable building attribution models. * Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Ability to craft strategy AND oversee execution. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. * Collaborative Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. * Growth Mindset: Curious, ambitious, entrepreneurial.
