We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As Go Wombat continues to transform and embrace new ways of working, we’re seeking someone powered by AI to take our marketing to the next level. This role is central to shaping and amplifying our brand, driving lead generation, and expanding our presence in the market. The Marketing Manager will help in strategy, planning, and execution across key initiatives, building awareness, attracting high-quality leads, and positioning Go Wombat as a trusted partner for innovative technology solutions.
As part of the marketing department, your main responsibilities would include:
— Integrating AI tools into daily marketing workflows to generate insights, accelerate execution, automate repetitive tasks, and free up time for creative strategy; — Exploring innovative marketing channels and strategies to reach target audiences; — Researching and testing emerging AI marketing tools to keep Go Wombat ahead of industry trends.; — Experiment with generative AI to create engaging content (copy, visuals, video concepts) while ensuring brand consistency and quality; — Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement; — Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and platforms to amplify marketing efforts. — Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and pipeline growth; — Coordinate with the design team to produce visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and marketing collateral.
Desired Profile:
— A high level of spoken and written English; — Demonstrated experience with AI-powered marketing or willingness to adopt AI-first workflows; — Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and technologies; — Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies; — Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion; — Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-oriented and interest in team development; — Proven success in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
