we’re looking for a Head of Media Buying who’s ready to launch and own this direction end-to-end. You’ll design the strategy, build the team, test new funnels, and take responsibility for scaling campaigns to profitability. Instead of just being “another manager,” here you’ll be a founder-like partner — with real equity share in the business.
what you’ll do * build the Media Buying department from the ground up. * define strategy, channels, and processes (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, affiliates, etc.). * launch, test, and scale campaigns to profitability. * recruit and lead a team of buyers and analysts. * drive budget growth with a clear ROI focus. * collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to push performance further.
what we expect * 3+ years in media buying with proven hands-on results in high-risk verticals (iGaming, betting, finance, sweepstakes, etc.). * Experience scaling campaigns with budgets of 6 figures+/month. * Strong leadership skills — able to both execute and build a team. * Analytical mindset with an eye for numbers, funnels, and ROI. * Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re ready to own the direction, not just run it. * Fluent English (written and spoken).
