Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join its innovative team.
We are working on a healthcare product — we developed from scratch a multilayer, web-based platform, built on the basis of microservice architecture which supports numerous integrations with external web services and third-party applications. Responsibilities: * Analyze requirements and participate in documentation reviews * Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists) * Writing training materials for the client and their team. * Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing * Collaborate closely with developers, product manager, and designers * Reproduce and report bugs clearly; follow up on issues * Contribute to QA process improvements (e.g., test documentation, process optimization)
Requirements: Must-have: * 2–4 years of experience as a Manual QA on web and/or mobile projects * Solid experience in test design: writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports * Strong understanding of bug life cycle and SDLC * Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) * Experience testing REST APIs (using Postman, Swagger, or similar) * Good understanding of client-server architecture * Strong SQL knowledge — ability to write complex queries involving JOINs, filtering, aggregation, etc. * Experience with regression, smoke, and exploratory testing * Experience working in Scrum / Agile teams * Familiarity with version control systems (Git) * Understanding of CI/CD processes * Proficient knowledge and understanding of CSS and HTML * Experience working with AI tools and awareness of current AI trends * Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zebrunner, etc.) * Experience with mobile testing (iOS / Android) * English — intermediate or higher (able to read documentation and write clear bug reports)
