We need a Content Manager (entry to mid-level) to handle email/LinkedIn communication. You will write emails, answer questions, and make sure every message matches Newxel’s style and standards. This job involves routine tasks but requires creativity to keep communication engaging. You will report to the CMO but will deeply collaborate with other teams across the company. Daily tasks * Conduct clear, personalized communication * Respond to recipients’ questions with helpful and professional answers * Create/update templates that reflect Newxel’s tone—clear, friendly, and professional * Check all content assets for grammar, tone, and consistency with Newxel guidelines * Manage a schedule for delivering communication and add creative touches to keep them interesting * Track communication results and suggest ways to improve.
Ongoing projects * Prepare the content for communication channels to meet target audience requirements * Update communication templates when needed * Work with other teams on vacancy messaging strategy * Document processes and best practices
Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing. * 1-3 years of experience writing emails, content, or customer communications. * Strong writing skills and ability to adapt to our brand’s voice. * Comfortable with routine tasks but able to add creativity.
Skills needed * Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail * Fluency in English and Ukrainian * Ability to follow brand and communication guidelines * Good time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
