The Role We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager with the ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager. You will be guided and trained by our experienced British personnel, gaining hands-on expertise in international B2B lead generation and client acquisition. What We’re Looking For * Upper-intermediate English (both written & spoken). * 1+ years of B2B lead generation experience for EU markets. * Must-have expertise with LinkedIn automation. * Proven track record in LinkedIn outreach strategy, funnel management, and KPI-driven performance improvement. * Strong experience with cold email automation tools (prospecting, validation, campaign execution). * Advanced skills in data research, database building, and enrichment using websites, directories, and sales intelligence platforms. * Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for reporting and process tracking. * Technical curiosity or basic IT/automation background is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do * Proactively reach out to prospects * Research and identify prospects in the UK and EU markets * Build lead databases by searching websites, directories, and business platforms. * Analyze and report on LinkedIn and email performance: lead volume, conversion rates, channel efficiency. * Launch and monitor email campaigns across multiple inboxes. * Collaborate closely with the Sales team to optimize lead flow and ensure high-quality handovers. * Explore and implement AI & automation tools to improve lead generation efficiency.
