What Makes You a GR8 Fit: — 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles; — Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques; — Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools; — Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices; — Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; — Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written; — Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.
