Our cross-functional team is engaged in the development of a new initiative within the Headway Inc ecosystem. We aim to establish an initial foundation with potential for future expansion. We are involved throughout all key stages — from early strategic planning to implementation — contributing to the formation of processes, internal practices, and technical approaches that may inform the project’s long-term direction.
Tech stack: SwiftUI, The Composable Architecture (TCA), Swift Concurrency.

What will you do: * Take ownership across the entire lifecycle, leading processes and making decisions in conditions of uncertainty * Design workflows, write documentation, and fine-tune internal processes * Collaborate closely with teammates to shape product direction.
What do you need to join us: * 5+ years of experience * Confident in using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine * Work with TCA architecture (or at least at the level of pet projects) * Experience in rewriting/refactoring existing code will be a plus * Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
