We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager — a strategic thinker at the intersection of technology and marketing, who will become the driving force of our B2C product.
Your responsibilities: * Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features. * Prioritize and manage product backlog for web and mobile teams. * Conduct market and competitor analysis, generate growth hypotheses. * Work with UX/UI to improve Customer Journey (onboarding, retention, conversion). * Prepare clear technical requirements for development teams. * Coordinate cross-functional communication between dev, marketing, analytics, support, and BizDev. * Act as the expert for MarTech integrations (e.g., Customer.io). * Track and improve KPIs: Retention Rate, LTV, ROI, CAC, market share, CSAT. * Collaborate with SEO specialists and develop solutions to optimize paid traffic efficiency.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager (preferably in e-commerce or mobile apps). * Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Email marketing. * Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar user communication platforms. * Experience with mobile analytics systems (AppsFlyer, Firebase). * Basic knowledge of API, SQL, SDLC. * Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, BI tools (Data Studio, Power BI). * Familiarity with task trackers (JIRA, Asana) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion). * Proactive mindset, independence, ambition. * English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
Nice-to-have: * Experience in the travel industry. * Growth Hacking, advanced A/B testing. * Deep UX/UI understanding. * Strong SQL skills. * Experience with CDP platforms (e.g., Segment). * Scrum methodology.
