Job Description We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities: * Co-create content with SMEs (from our badass PMs to external experts) * Build learning materials: scripts, guides, toolkits, assessments * Design simulations, case-based tasks & PM practice labs * Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles to everything you create * Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams to align learning with business goals
Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation * Strong portfolio of learning content: show us your magic! * Experience with authoring tools (Rise360, Storyline, Genially, etc.) * Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools * Bonus: experience in the gaming/gambling industry or knowledge of PM frameworks (Scrum, Agile, Lean, etc.) * Language: English — Upper and above, Ukrainian- would be a plus
