We are looking for a proactive Outbound SDR (Lead Generation Specialist) to strengthen our business development team. This is a new role created to support our fast-growing outbound and community activities. You will work directly with the Outbound Manager and play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads from events, communities, and outreach campaigns.
Important note: workload is especially high during September—November and March—June (peak conference and event season). We need someone ready to handle this intensity with energy and focus. Your future tasks: * Find and qualify potential ICPs (ideal customer profiles) for outbound outreach. * Launch and manage LinkedIn campaigns (via grinfi.io or similar tools). * Spot the right leads by checking their needs, budget, and timing. * Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, and networking apps. * Work with contacts from events and conferences: research, export/parse, reach out, schedule calls/meetings, and follow up. * Scout for upcoming events and conferences to attend, and support community-driven activities (e.g., Hampton, PEF). * Keep everything organized in HubSpot: add leads, update tasks, and track progress. * Help manage community processes: verifying and booking events, checking active channels, starting conversations, and bringing people to calls or meetings.
What we expect from you: * At least 1 year of proven experience in SDR or similar role (outbound, lead generation), preferably in B2B SaaS/IT services. * Strong skills in contact research/parsing and working with data. * Hands-on experience with: * LinkedIn & Sales Navigator * HubSpot or similar CRM systems * Slack, Discord, and other networking platforms * Outreach and automation tools (e.g., grinfi.io, reply.io, snovio — or ability to learn quickly) * English: Strong Intermediate+ (comfortable in business communication). * Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable with routine processes. * Proactive and fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools.
