We are currently looking for a CRM Team Lead who will lead and support our CRM team, develop and optimize communication strategies, oversee campaigns and A/B testing, and drive performance to boost clients engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Your main responsibilities: — Organize the daily work of the CRM team, assign tasks, and control deadlines. — Develop, execute, and optimize the CRM strategy in line with business goals. — Lead the team: mentoring, delegating, and developing specialists of different seniority levels. — Plan and coordinate CRM campaigns, promo calendars, and A/B testing. — Monitor KPIs, build an analytics and reporting system for the Head of CRM. — Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for analytics and reporting. — Monitor domain reputation, email deliverability, and DNS records. — Collaborate closely with affiliate, marketing, product, and design teams. What we expect from you: — Hands-on experience with SoftSwiss (must-have). — Previous experience in a managerial Team Lead role or completed management training. — Upper-Intermediate English. — Ability to make independent decisions (hiring, performance reviews, salary adjustments). — High level of self-organization and strong feedback skills.
