Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the B2B sector, mandatory — within the iGaming industry (game provider); * High level of English proficiency; * Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships; * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively; * Experience working with key (top-tier) clients and ability to perform under pressure; * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, especially when handling non-standard situations; * Highly self-motivated and responsible, with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities; * Adaptability and stress resistance — comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment; * Commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and confidence in working with numbers; * Result-driven attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Would be a plus: * A proven track record of handling complex or high-value clients is an advantage.
Responsibilities: * Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers, including ensuring the effective promotion and visibility of our games — even with the most challenging and high-maintenance clients; * Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers; * Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers; * Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements; * Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department; * Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators; * Regularly report KPIs and account status to the Head of Account Management.
