Overview We’re growing our recruitment team and looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us scale hiring efforts in Ukraine and Colombia. You’ll join a friendly and experienced team of 7 recruiters and work on real vacancies from day one, with full support, mentoring, and growth opportunities. Job Summary As a Junior Recruiter, you will work with IT vacancies (mostly Junior and Middle levels) and administrative roles. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and occasionally support your teammates with sourcing. The role also involves ATS management, CV formatting, and onboarding coordination. This is a great opportunity to gain international hiring experience and build strong foundations in full-cycle recruitment. Requirements * 6+ months of IT recruitment experience * Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate pipelines * Experience with sourcing tools and job boards * Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) * Attention to detail in candidate profiles and ATS updates * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized * Proactive, responsible, result-oriented, and eager to learn * A team player mindset with readiness to collaborate and support peers
Responsibilities Recruitment process & candidate management * Analyze vacancies and understand client expectations * Search and engage candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, and internal database * Conduct recruitment interviews and organize all other interviews (technical, with hiring manage,r and with the client) * Communicate job offers and support candidates through the final stages * Create candidate resumes in our corporate format for client submission * Maintain records and track candidate progress in Zoho Recruit
Collaboration & coordination * Collaborate with hiring managers, technical interviewers, and other teams * Occasionally, support other recruiters with sourcing tasks * Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires
Process improvement & development * Set and track personal goals aligned with team KPIs * Participate in professional events and recruiting communities * Join or lead internal Talent Acquisition initiatives
