In this role, you will: — manage mobile game development projects; — communicate with clients, gather requirements, clarify priorities; — build and maintain project documentation; — plan sprints, manage deadlines, track progress; — coordinate the work of developers, designers, artists, QA; — handle scope changes and negotiate trade-offs with clients and stakeholders; — provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders; — ensure smooth delivery across development and release cycles; — oversee release management: upload builds to App Store and Google Play, set up in-app purchases, connect ad networks, prepare store listings (metadata, screenshots, descriptions).
What is important to join us: — 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably GameDev); — gaming experience (PC/Mobile); — solid understanding of the game development lifecycle (from concept to release and LiveOps); — experience with both predictive and adaptive methodologies; — hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools; — ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines; — basic understanding of technical processes in game development — strong communication and negotiation skills; — upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
It’s great if you additionally have: — knowledge of analytics tools; — understanding of game KPIs; — experience identifying upsell opportunities; — experience with LiveOps / in-game events; — CAPM, PMP or other PM certifications.
About stages: 1st stage: Pre-interview with a recruiter; 2nd stage: Test task; 3rd stage: Interview with Team Lead and People Ops; 4th stage: English test; 5th stage: offer.
