Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and complex problem-solving.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who can systematically generate qualified leads and position us as the go-to AI implementation partner for early-stage software companies. You’ll own lead generation strategy, craft problem-focused content, and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with technical founders who already have AI prototypes but need help building production-ready systems.
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team, but we are open to remote work as well.
What You’ll Do: * Strategic targeting — research and identify MVP- and post-MVP-stage SaaS founders (marketing automation, legal tech, e-commerce) with AI implementation needs. Use signals like funding rounds, job postings, and product launches. * Content strategy — write credible, problem-focused content about AI production challenges — implementation failures, scaling issues, and solutions that resonate with technical buyers. * Campaign execution — run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, content syndication) with messaging tailored to specific implementation struggles. * Lead qualification — manage lead magnets (technical assessments, checklists), run initial qualification calls, and hand off high-quality prospects to the senior team. * Performance optimization — track which signals predict qualified leads, analyze campaign results, and refine processes for repeatable success. * Market intelligence — monitor competitors, industry shifts, and buyer behavior to improve positioning and targeting.
What We’re Looking For: * 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience — ideally in technical services, consulting, or software development, with understanding of how technical buyers evaluate vendors and make purchasing decisions. * Strong technical communication skills — ability to write credibly for CTOs, developers, and technical founders about complex implementation challenges, without needing to be a developer yourself. * Systematic lead generation expertise — hands-on experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo/Outreach, and CRMs to identify, target, and nurture prospects at scale. * Knowledge of B2B SaaS dynamics — understanding funding stages, startup growth challenges, and how early-stage companies think about vendor selection. * Experience with service/consulting sales cycles — familiarity with project-based sales, consultative selling approaches, and positioning technical implementation services. * Analytical mindset focused on pipeline impact — you naturally measure success by qualified opportunities and revenue contribution, not vanity metrics. * Growth-driven attitude — interest in scaling into a senior leadership role as you help build the marketing function from execution to strategy. * Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+).
Nice to Have: * Background in marketing professional services or technical consulting. * Familiarity with the Generative AI landscape. * Experience with consultative sales cycles or account-based marketing.
What We Offer: * Structured onboarding & dedicated support — you’ll get a clear onboarding plan, documented workflows, and a team that’s got your back. * Flexible remote schedule — work from wherever and whenever you’re most productive. * Learning budget — we cover books, courses, English lessons, and AI tools for your professional growth. * Full accounting support — so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork. * Time off — 20 paid vacation days, 12 sick days, 2 paid period leave days/month (for women), and your birthday off. * IT Cluster membership — access to professional events and networking opportunities in the local tech community.
