About the Role We are seeking a senior-level Product Manager to drive the future of an innovative B2C subscription-based consumer platform. This role is perfect for a high-performing individual contributor who thrives on building data-informed digital experiences and has strong product instincts combined with technical fluency.
You’ll partner across engineering, design, architecture, and analytics to create features that are loved by customers and drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to own UX outcomes, define experimentation roadmaps, and work within a flat, agile environment that values autonomy and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Execution * Develop and continuously evolve a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap * Own end-to-end delivery from opportunity sizing and discovery to launch and iteration * Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate trade-offs clearly using data and customer context * Partner closely with dedicated engineering teams to ship high-quality, scalable features
Customer Insight & UX Leadership * Own and optimize user flows, conversion funnels, and key entry points * Lead UX decision-making using behavioral data, user interviews, surveys, and screen recordings * Champion the customer voice while balancing design intuition, business impact, and feasibility * Run segmentation and usability studies to inform feature design and roadmap planning
Agile & Team Collaboration * Act as Product Owner in dedicated sprint teams (backlog, refinement, planning, demos) * Partner with Architecture teams on system-wide trade-offs and future-proofing strategies * Coordinate with peer Product Managers to manage dependencies and share best practices * Champion sprint rituals and foster continuous improvement culture
Experimentation & Performance * Build a culture of experimentation with comprehensive A/B testing * Formulate hypotheses, run multivariate tests, and analyze results with data science partners * Monitor key KPIs (LTV, retention, churn, activation) and identify improvement levers * Own performance dashboards and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Influence * Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams * Communicate progress, wins, and learnings to stakeholders across the organization * Contribute to shared product playbooks, frameworks, and reusable artifacts * Lead with influence in a flat organizational structure
Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in B2C subscription, ecommerce, or consumer tech * Strong track record of shipping impactful products in agile, cross-functional teams * Mastery of experimentation design and data-informed decision-making (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) * Hands-on experience with customer research methods (surveys, interviews, segmentation, usability) * Familiarity with modern tech stacks, subscription engines, and payment systems * Comfort with analytics tools and key subscription metrics: LTV, churn, retention, activation * Experience coordinating with architecture teams on scalability and complexity challenges * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills * Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level or higher)
