Payments Team works on improving and optimizing digital payments to provide Headway Inc users with more convenient and transparent payment flows. This job is perfect for you if you: — Are passionate about payments and eager to build your expertise in this field

— Appreciate the freedom to choose your own methods and approach to work What will you do: * Daily monitoring of payment metrics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and stability of processing * Analyzing payment trends and identifying opportunities for improving approval ratios and optimizing costs * Collaborating with payment providers, PSPs, and banks * Expanding the payment infrastructure, researching, and integrating new payment methods * Cooperating with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment issues and optimize the checkout experience for customers * Preparing the payment infrastructure for new geos * Implementing industry regulations and best practices for online payments.
