About the project: We invite you to join our HR team at Geniusee, where people and business growth go hand in hand. As a Middle HR Manager, you will take ownership of HR processes, partner with managers and competency leads, and drive initiatives that shape employee experience across the company. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you will optimize processes, analyze HR data, and design initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Our HR team is dynamic, flexible, and focused on building an environment where employees thrive and business objectives are achieved.
Primarily looking at candidates from Kyiv.
What will help you succeed:
● 3+ years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in IT. ● Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, development, performance management, offboarding. ● Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR consultations for managers and employees. ● Hands-on experience with HR processes including onboarding checklists, documentation, HRIS administration, engagement surveys, and wellbeing initiatives. ● Ability to analyze HR data (attrition, eNPS, retention) and propose improvements. ● Experience organizing corporate events, wellbeing, and L&D initiatives. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset. ● Upper-Intermediate level of English. ● Willingness to visit the Kyiv office 1–2 times per week.
What you will do:
● Own and improve all HR processes across the employee lifecycle. ● Conduct probation and performance reviews, and facilitate regular 1:1s. ● Partner with Delivery Managers and Competency Leads to address people-related challenges. ● Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including data collection, account setup, equipment preparation, and reporting. ● Run HR initiatives to improve engagement, wellbeing, and recognition, and track results through HR metrics (attrition, eNPS, surveys). ● Support L&D programs, mentorship initiatives, and career development roadmaps. ● Drive internal communication and contribute to employer branding activities (DOU ranking, social media, culture projects). ● Contribute to HR process automation and system improvements.
