We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Notary Operations coordinator to join our team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate operational workflows, analyzing staffing and session data, and helping improve process efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities * Analyze and maintain data related to notary staffing and operations. * Search for, verify, and organize information from various sources. * Review notary profiles and validate their accuracy. * Create and manage shift schedules for notary team members. * Monitor and analyze notary session logs. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and data quality.
✅ Required Qualifications * Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational or financial data. * Background in economics, accounting, or business analytics. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience working independently with minimal supervision. * Good research skills and ability to verify and structure large volumes of information. * Confident user of spreadsheets and operational dashboards. * Customer Support experience will be a plus.
