Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can combine proven management best practices with the flexibility to operate within a client’s established environment, while establishing operational processes for program management and engineering work.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management frameworks and the ability to blend them effectively to meet business objectives. You will work on the client side, focusing on project planning and execution under the guidance of a Product Owner and / or Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead multiple project streams in parallel, ensuring alignment with client priorities. * Plan and execute projects according to client-defined processes and governance. * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on scope, priorities, and deliverables. * Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust. * Optimize processes to improve team efficiency and delivery predictability. * Resolve technical blockers for the team, including access and tool setup. * Gather, track, and report on key delivery metrics. * Provide clear, polite, and constructive input, while respecting final client decisions. * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all assigned initiatives. * Support team development and knowledge sharing. * Cover Delivery Manager activities for assigned account (people management, invoicing, metrics collection, resolving escalations, people onboarding / offboarding, conducting interviews)
Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in project management. Working in financial institutions’ engineering would be a benefit. * Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic (Waterfall) frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches to business needs. * Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong prioritization capability and personal capacity management skills are welcomed. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Able to communicate with senior stakeholders, corporate / funds environment experience is welcomed. * English level: upper intermediate (required minimum), excel in US culture business. * Experience in a service company as a Delivery Manager, including people management, invoicing/budgeting, pre-sales, reporting, and metrics analysis. * Ability to accept and accommodate constructive feedback,align decisions with client approval.
Preferred Skills * Technical background, preferably with experience in data engineering, data analytics, and BI tools. * Familiarity with Monday or similar Project management tools. * Understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions, and BI ecosystems. * Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to removing delivery obstacles.
