You’ll be the driving force behind our Sales/AE team’s pipeline: finding the right people, starting meaningful conversations, and turning curiosity into qualified intro calls. We’ll provide you with proven playbooks—just bring energy, strong English skills, and a hunger to learn. Requirements * Strong written and spoken English; confident and energetic communicator. * Resilience and coachability; you thrive on scoreboards and feedback. * Proficiency with LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
Will be a plus * Experience in B2B tech/services or agency SDR/BDR roles. * Curiosity about Software and AI and how they drive outcomes for clients (our edge is engineering combined with practical AI).
Responsibilities * Source, segment, and prioritize target lists (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders within our ICP). * Run daily multi-touch outreach on LinkedIn and email using our tested sequences; achieve the daily target of 20 new LinkedIn connections. * Drive disciplined follow-ups (respond within hours and keep conversations warm). * Log outcomes and reasons (always ask “why not” and capture objections for re-engagement). * Book intro calls for AEs; hand over with full context and notes. * Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene; send quick call summaries and next steps. * Collaborate with Marketing on micro-tests (hooks, offers, signals) and help scale what converts.
Success looks like * Consistent weekly intro call bookings from outbound efforts. * Improving reply and acceptance rates month over month (reviewed together every Monday). * Complete and accurate tagging of rejections/objections to support re-engagement strategies.
