We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative and proactive UX/UI Designer to join us early and help shape our visual identity, product experience, and brand from the ground up.

What we expect from you * Strong portfolio of web & mobile product design (not just visual mockups) * Deep experience with Figma (from wireframes to final design) * Excellent sense of layout, typography, consistency, visual hierarchy * Ability to translate business goals into design solutions * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision * Good English — you’ll present to native English speakers internally * Startup mindset — speed, flexibility, ownership
Bonus (would be great) * Experience building or improving a design system * Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth tech teams * Familiarity with UI frameworks / components, design systems * Some exposure to motion / micro-interactions / prototyping beyond static screens
What we offer * Remote-first team, flexible working environment * Real ownership: your designs will land in production * Friendly, supportive, and autonomous culture * Opportunity to influence product, brand, and growth * A financially stable early-stage startup (we already have runway secured)
