Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Specialist to lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across our platform. You will create professional, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for global law firms and investment funds. This is a senior position with a big impact on product design direction.
Key Responsibilities * Lead the full UI/UX design process for different product modules. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for new and existing features. * Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to keep design consistent and usable. * Run user research and usability testing to support design choices. * Build and maintain a design system for platform-wide consistency. * Apply best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design. * Clearly explain design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Requirements * 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS. * Portfolio showing work on complex web applications. * Skilled with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools. * Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing. * Excellent English communication (written and spoken). * Comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first team.
Preferred Requirements * Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS. * Collaboration with teams using Python/Django and React. * Knowledge of accessibility standards for enterprise platforms. * Experience working with international teams across time zones.
