Your Role: * Analyze payment authorization rates by bank, acquirer, and geography. Identify bottlenecks and build optimized cascades of payments. * Monitor, report, and optimize key risk metrics (vamp rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, dispute rate). * Test hypotheses to improve conversion and reduce losses, run experiments and A/B tests with product analytics. * Integrate additional payment providers and channels, in collaboration with PSPs, acquirers, and international partners. * Collaborate with Solidgate and other payment platforms to adopt industry best practices. * Automate and streamline chargeback and dispute procedures. * Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to make sure the payments infrastructure supports business expansion and revenue objectives.
About You: * 2+ years of hands-on payments, billing, or fintech experience (PSPs, acquiring banks, growth-stage mobile apps, or subscription products). * Extensive understanding of card payments, risk metrics, and fraud prevention systems. * Analytical mindset with SQL or BI tool experience is a strong plus. * Experience working with international PSPs and payment platforms. * Capable of prioritizing and handling a payment product roadmap aligned with business strategy. * Curiosity, ownership, and passion to drive results in key business metrics.
