We are seeking a Finance Specialist to manage and support our monthly financial operations. You’ll be primarily responsible for maintaining financial processes where 80% of operations are already automated, and it takes 3 days at the beginning of each month to do all finances for 2 different companies (each uses QuickBooks Online). Good English communication is a big plus for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing: Spend 3 days from the 2nd to the 9th day of each month walking through the checklist of well-documented operations, covering: * Managing monthly financial operations (salaries/invoicing/customer reports) and maintaining accurate records within QuickBooks Online. * Performing bank and credit card reconciliations. * Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. * Validating essential financial reports (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet) in QuickBooks Online. * Contributing to the ongoing improvement and documentation of finance processes.
