Location: Remote Type: Full-time About the product We’re building licensed online casino brands for Tier-1 markets. You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end in approved GEOs (start with Canada; EU/AU next), driving the funnel from click → FTD → retained user in close partnership with Product, CRM, Creative, and Analytics. Responsibilities * Build and execute a user-acquisition strategy for licensed/approved GEOs. * Launch & optimize campaigns across Google Ads/YouTube (with required certifications/allowlists), Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Programmatic (DV360/DSPs) and select networks. * Own creative & funnel testing: briefs, pre-landers/landers, forms, copy, disclaimers, compliance. * Drive performance to CPA/FTD, ROAS/ROI, CTR/CVR, ARPU, payback (Day-1 → D30). * Manage six-figure monthly budgets with disciplined testing (A/B/MVT), audience/placement controls, and automated rules. * Set up tracking & attribution with Voluum/RedTrack/Binom, GA4, and (where needed) AppsFlyer/Adjust; partner with BI on dashboards. * Implement brand-safety & anti-fraud (TrafficGuard/FraudScore, whitelists/blacklists, policy compliance). * Collaborate with CRM on retargeting & lifecycle loops; sync with Design to iterate statics/motion/UGC quickly. * Manage vendors: negotiate rates, secure allowlists/approvals, and explore PMPs/whitelabel options. * Feed learnings back to Product/UX to improve conversion and LTV.
Requirements * 3–5+ years of hands-on media buying in iGaming / other high-reg verticals for Tier-1 GEOs. * Proven record of scaling profitable spend to CPA/FTD and ROAS targets. * Depth in at least two of the following: Google Ads/YouTube (with gambling permissions), Native (Taboola/Outbrain), Programmatic DSPs, high-quality networks. * Strong tracking/experimentation skills (Voluum/RedTrack/Binom, GA4; AppsFlyer/Adjust is a plus). * Solid creative testing chops: briefs, messaging angles, pre-landers, compliance copy. * Data-driven mindset (Excel/Sheets; basic SQL/Looker/Tableau is a plus). * English B2+ for vendor negotiations and policy reviews.
Nice to have * Launch experience in Canada (certifications, age-gating, responsible gaming messaging). * Knowledge of programmatic PMPs, native whitelists, and contextual targeting. * Motion/UGC workflows; familiarity with spy tools (Adplexity/Anstrex). * Product-side experience (not only agency/affiliate).
