Project Description: Our company is searching for a highly motivated Strong Junior/ Middle Project Manager who will help our business to achieve new heights by implementing advanced technologies and realizing projects through innovation. Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in IT Project Management * Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication) * Good understanding of Agile methodologies and principles (any certificates or courses would be a priority too) * Computer technical proficiency, ability to quickly learn and work with required software (any PM tools) * Strong self-management, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment * Ready to accommodate and deal with changes and challenges * Good time management, communication and planning skills * Dedication to results, and problem-solving aptitude * High sense of responsibility, customer and business context understanding * Team-oriented mindset, support, proactivity, and eagerness to grow professionally.
Responsibilities: * Onboarding and initial adaptation under the supervision and mentorship of one of our Project Managers (Week 1) : attending internal daily meetings, KT sessions from the supervisor PM, learn specificities of the projects and our Organization (ways of working, key people and stakeholders), understand PM tools being used in day-to-day life (Atlassian, Google, Figma, reporting, documentation etc) * Start helping with some of the activities required on the project(s) delegated by the Project Manager (Week 2-4): as delegated by supervisor PM start helping with daily routines: drive daily meetings with the team, help resolving the bottlenecks, write status reports, track hours and report in the end of the month, negotiate any scope changes, report risks, assumptions, propose solutions * Fully take coordination of required project(s) once ready and confirmed by the Mentor Project Manager (Week 5+) : independent project management by their own, conversations with the customer(s), reporting on weekly PMO meetings, keep motivation and satisfaction levels high in the team, conduct 1-to-1, track progress and mitigate risks.
