About our role:
We seek a highly skilled and strategic HubSpot expert to join our operational excellence team. This role is a critical component responsible for managing, optimizing, and building the HubSpot platform to ensure seamless operation across our marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things HubSpot, using technical expertise and strategic vision to maximize our platform’s potential and help us achieve our strategic goals for growth.
Background: * 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience. * Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. * Proven experience building and managing custom objects, workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards. * Strong understanding of pipeline architecture and sales/marketing/cs automation. * Experience in forecasting, planning, and building growth models. * Skilled in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs. * Hands-on in building AI agents * Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. * Strong attention to detail and a passion for system optimization. * Practical communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams. * Experience in a B2B SaaS organization. * Location — Ukraine!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HubSpot platform. * Design, implement and refine pipelines and automations to streamline business processes. * Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to accelerate deal velocity. * Design, implement and refine custom objects to support business use cases. * Build and manage sequences, forms, and lists that align with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success initiatives. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making across departments. * Integrate HubSpot with other internal systems and third-party tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency. * Manage the evaluation, implementation, and integration of sales/marketing/cs tools in the tech stack. * Ensure tools are fully adopted and delivering ROI * Manage the evaluation, implementation, and integration of AI agents to optimize and automate the daily routine in sales/marketing/cs operations. * Provide technical support and training to internal users and stakeholders. * Conduct regular audits to ensure clean data and system performance.
