Your expertise: * 5+ years of proven success in sales and business development in IT engineering services (outsourcing / outstaffing) * Demonstrated track record in a hunter role with measurable achievements in new client acquisition * Strong command of sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and negotiation strategies * Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals * Consistent achievement of KPIs and revenue targets, with evidence of deal sizes in USD * Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to ensure data-driven approach and tracking of sales metrics * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Advanced English (C1), both spoken and written * Readiness to travel for conferences and client meetings

You will be involved into: * Identify, engage, and acquire new clients according to ICP in the US, EU, and MENA markets * Sell IT services: outstaffing (core) and AI solutions (consulting, PoC, strategy, education) * Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, lead qualification, calls/meetings, negotiations deal closure and client support * Work with leads provided by the lead generation team, while proactively sourcing and generating own opportunities * Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM, track conversion rates, and report on KPIs * Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings * Collaborate with marketing, recruitment and delivery teams to ensure consistent client experience
