HESH is a Ukrainian product company working on a new task management solution for repeatable processes. We are inviting an experienced BA/Tech writer to join our team.
The primary goal of this position is to support our team in implementing a product that aligns with our customers’ needs and drives our company’s success.
What you will do:
Requirements documentation and management:
Requirements collection, analysis, decomposition and prioritization
Transform high level business needs into complex generic product feature and requirements
You will have to organize the requirements pipeline from various sources: stakeholders, customer support, team ideas, etc.
Keep all requirements well organized
Discovery activities, internal communication and collaboration with founders, UI team, developers, testers and other team members to ensure successful product implementation.
Take part in brainstorming, features design and UX prototyping
Writing and maintaining product documentation
External communication with users including first adopters interviews
Backlog items management
Market and competitor analysis
What do we expect from you:
1.5+ years of experience as an Business Analyst
Understanding of the elicitation activities and ability to select appropriate techniques for the scope management
Successfully work experience in implemented SaaS, B2B products
Hand on experience in product documentation organization from scratch either for internal and customers use (public customer documentation).
Flexibility and adapting to work in a dynamic environment of business/product requirements management
Experience in using tools for task tracking, diagramming (BPMN, UML notations) and prototyping.
Understanding of API, integrations
Ability to map and document business processes and product requirements
Ability to work with databases and understanding of relational databases. Reading and writing ERD concepts
Understanding and practical experience with writing and maintaining FRD, Use cases, User stories, User guidelines
At least Upper-intermediate English level (writing and speaking).
Experience working in Agile methodology
Ability to work on tasks independently, without constant control.
Would be a great plus (but not mandatory):
Higher education degree in management, information technology, or related fields.
