Role at a Glance We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team for a challenging B2B fintech project. You’ll lead the end-to-end design process — from discovery to high-fidelity UI — translating highly complex workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
What You’ll Do * Define UX strategy and craft user journeys for dashboards, onboarding flows, and transaction-heavy interfaces * Conduct research and usability testing, validating solutions with real users * Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma * Build and evolve a design system for consistent, scalable interfaces * Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design excellence
You Should Have * 5+ years of experience designing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise-level platforms * Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX flows and polished UI work * Confidence in solving data-rich dashboard and workflow design challenges * Proficiency in Figma (knowledge of design systems is a must) * Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly * Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or compliance-driven industries
