We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Manager to support and accelerate our growth initiatives. Under senior guidance, you will help execute one marketing flow end-to-end (ad → LP → funnel/onboarding → paywall → CRM), run small experiments, and optimize post-lead conversion through landing page micro-iterations and clean tracking.
Your Area of Impact: * Create and review creative variations, ensuring ad → landing page consistency. * Support funnel setup and optimization: UTM tracking, expected events, and simple A/B tests. * Assist with simple A/B tests and monitor results using Amplitude. * Follow process templates: brief → preflight → post-mortem. * Provide weekly updates on highlights, funnel health, risks, and decisions.
About You: * 1+ year of experience in growth/marketing management or product management. * Understanding of conversion funnel dynamics (ad → landing page → paywall) and how creative content, landing pages, tracking, and CRM contribute to conversion rates. * Experience conducting structured experiments: developing hypotheses, implementing micro-iterations, measuring results, and extracting insights. * Basic analytics skills: proficiency with Amplitude/GA4, understanding of CTR and Click→Purchase metrics, and UTM tracking. * Knowledge of A/B testing fundamentals: hypothesis formation, establishing guardrails, and implementing simple stop rules. * English proficiency: at least B1.
