Fornova is looking for a Mapping Specialist to join our Mapping team.
Required skills: * English level A2-B1 * Experience with Google Sheets, and Excel, LibreOffice. * Responsibility * Self-learner * Attentiveness to the details * Rapid learning abilities * Multitasking * High level of communication. * Good team player. * Working with project tracking software (Such as Jira).
Will be a plus: * Initial knowledge of the NoSQL Booster for the MongoDB program.
Responsibilities: * Processing and working with ota, mse and bcom providers, like booking, TripAdvisor, Hilton etc. Also, work with Chinese and Korean providers. * Understanding site structure (find and extract the required data). * Checking the hotel’s taxes data ( 6 and more kinds of taxes; quantify net, total taxes price data; add new taxes value) * Working with app provider’s data using emulators. Conducting searches of web and app for extracting hotel IDs. * Handling Jira tasks and processing relevant docs (google drive, excel, LibreOffice). Collaborating with other teams and reporters for gathering additional task info. * Performing operations with Fornova Hotel Catalogue. Check available and insert new mandatory data. Detecting duplicates and fixing them. * Creating CUG users for different providers on different POS. * Working with market collection in the MongoDB system. Searching for existing and adding new market data. * Handling errors in uploading providers’ data (duplications, market errors, merging data etc.) * Creating a report for the scan of provider data issues for a reporter. * For FP position: working with DM-tools lite and admin version: Uploading new and existing data, inserting taxes data, adding new markets, adding overrides data, and adding new providers by MongoDB.
