We are looking for a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to take over operational tasks, streamline processes, and make our marketing team more efficient. You will work directly with the CMO and collaborate with marketing, business development, analytics, accounting teams, and external contractors. What drives our team As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll become the operational backbone of a multifunctional marketing team, directly impacting: * Performance Marketing — launching and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other networks. * Direct Communications — managing Email, Push, SMS, and messenger campaigns for millions of customers. * International Markets — adapting campaigns to different countries and cultures, working with global contractors. * Tech Stack Management — coordinating dozens of paid tools (analytics systems like Appsflyer, Stape, GCP, design software like Figma & Adobe, and AI services). * Contractor Collaboration — overseeing work with agencies, freelancers, and partners.
What you’ll do Manage MarTech budget and procurement * Administer the budget for tools and contractors. * Ensure timely payments for all marketing services, process invoices and contracts. * Maintain documentation for all tools, checking relevance and efficiency.
Analyze and optimize processes * Identify bottlenecks in operational and marketing workflows. * Automate routine tasks using tools like Confluence, Zapier, n8n, etc.
Create and maintain a knowledge base * Develop and maintain internal manuals and regulations. * Document existing processes and create new ones with the team.
Administrative and organizational support * Manage team access to tools and services. * Organize and coordinate team meetings, gathering required information. * Enter expense data (invoices, acts, ads, services) into summary reports. * Check documentation for compliance and formatting. * Handle all external requests to the department.
Our expectations Experience * 2+ years as an Operations Specialist, Team Coordinator, or similar role.
Key skills * Proven track record in process optimization and automation. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic understanding of marketing (experience in marketing or product teams is a plus). * Familiarity with automation and project management tools. * Basic knowledge of contracts, invoices, acts, and payment systems.
Personal qualities * Proactive, critical thinker, problem solver. * English: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
Bonus points * Experience creating automation tools (Apps Script, Zapier, etc.). * Background in iGaming, E-commerce, or Travel industries. * Hands-on experience in performance marketing. * Comfortable with Confluence, Notion, or CRM systems.
