Responsibilities: • Lead the development of complex, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Define frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to drive technical decisions and deliver scalable solutions. • Implement real-time data handling, advanced state management, and performance optimization strategies. • Ensure best practices in security, accessibility, and maintainability of applications. • Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor middle/junior developers. • Own critical parts of the product lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment. • Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuous improvement of the engineering workflow.
Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React. • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Next.js. • Proven experience designing scalable frontend architectures. • Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar). • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. • Hands-on experience with real-time applications (WebSockets, event-driven UIs). • Solid understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices. • Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Git, Docker, CI/CD). • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have: • Experience leading frontend teams or acting as a tech lead. • Background with large-scale SaaS platforms or CRM systems. • Familiarity with search technologies (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch) and analytics dashboards. • Knowledge of testing best practices and frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress). • Experience contributing to design system development.
