We’re looking for a creative mind who knows how to make visuals work — not just look good. Someone who gets how design connects to business and can help us level up how we show up across channels.
At Luxinten, we help SMBs grow through custom eCommerce solutions built on Magento and Shopware. Now, we’re looking for a part-time Graphic & Motion Designer to help bring our content to life — through striking visuals and motion graphics that stop the scroll.
You’ll be working closely with the CMO and the marketing team to shape our brand identity, support campaigns, and keep our visual content fresh, relevant, and consistent. This is a part-time role to start, with a chance to scale into full-time if we click.

Experience: 3+ years (Middle level)
Must have: Portfolio
Tools you’ll work with:
Adobe Photoshop — photo editing, collages, web and ad creatives
Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logos, icons
Figma — UI design, team collaboration, prototyping
What you’ll do:
* Design for social media, digital ads, presentations
* Create print materials — flyers, billboards, packaging, POS materials
* Work with brand guidelines or develop new visual systems
* Produce basic animations (animated banners, stories, short videos)
* Develop branding, visual identity, and marketing assets
* Prepare files for print (understanding of CMYK, bleeds, resolution)
* Refresh and evolve our brand identity (logo, typography, color palette) — would be a plus
What we expect:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to develop visual concepts from scratch
* Solid grasp of typography, composition, color theory
* Creative thinking, detail-oriented mindset
* Confidence in presenting your ideas and working under deadlines
* Motion design for social media or web
Nice to have:
* Illustration or 3D skills
* Experience with AI design tools
* Basic knowledge of UI/UX design — icons, interface elements
