Запрошуємо до нашої команди BDM з досвідом роботи, який посилить нашу команду
Responsibilities: — Searching new leads on current and suggesting new lead channels — Building and managing ICPs — Writing sales scripts — Lead prospecting, qualification and progressing through the sales funnel via Pipedrive — Development of effective sales strategies to achieve KPIs. — Working with objections, solving conflict situations with clients
Requirements: — 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or BDM — English level C1 both written and spoken — Experience with Upwork / Linkedin / Partners — Experience with B2B — Experience in communication with Fintech, Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce, AI, and Blockchain leads. — Experience with building successful email/linkedin outreach campaigns. — Analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills (attentiveness is very important) — Knowledge of the most common sales tools ( Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Lemlist, CrunchBase, etc.) — Excellent writing skills (email outreach, LinkedIn outreach) — Understanding the commonly used IT technologies, and their differences. Understanding outstaff/outsource services, their differences and pros/cons.
Would be a plus: — Developed partner network or existing partners/clients — Own a LinkedIn profile with 500+ network
