The Creative Director role is your chance to lead and scale our Creative Center of Excellence, set the creative bar for our agency, and collaborate directly with U.S.-based colleagues and clients. You’ll shape the creative vision, mentor team members, and own the performance of a business unit within a fast-growing agency. What You’ll Do Build & Lead a High-Performing Creative Team * Hire, mentor, and grow top creative talent (copy & design). * Lead the Heads of Copy and Design, ensuring alignment and growth. * Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. * Represent creative priorities at the leadership table.
Define Creative Standards & Strategy * Champion a copy-first, performance-driven creative philosophy. * Build playbooks and reference libraries by industry and funnel stage. * Translate agency positioning into a consistent, distinctive creative identity. * Keep creative fresh by monitoring industry, funnel, and cultural trends.
⚙ Streamline Process & Quality * Establish clear intake, resourcing, and QA processes. * Ensure creative is always informed by ICP, funnel stage, offer, and CTA. * Build scalable workflows that deliver quality without bottlenecks. * Leverage performance data to continually refine creative outputs.
Lead Client-Facing Creative * Oversee and approve high-impact creative deliverables. * Partner with strategists and account teams to align creative with client ICPs and funnel goals. * Confidently present and defend creative rationale to clients. * Package and upsell creative services, showing clients how better creative = better growth.
Drive Business Unit Performance * Own the P&L for the Creative CoE. * Set revenue and margin goals, manage budgets, and monitor utilization. * Expand services, optimize pricing models, and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities. * Ensure financial decisions align with agency growth targets.
What You Bring * Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (copy + design). * Portfolio that proves both performance marketing chops (ads, conversion-focused creative) and brand-building vision. * Strong grasp of B2B funnels, LinkedIn advertising, and multi-channel creative. * Proven ability to design scalable processes and raise quality standards. * Confident communicator who can sell creative rationale internally and to clients. * Business acumen: budgeting, utilization, or P&L management experience. * Advanced knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and core creative tools. * Upper-Intermediate English for daily collaboration with U.S. clients and colleagues.
