Business Analyst

The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in software development projects who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects
* Ability to prepare clear and structured requirements documentation (user stories, diagrams, BPMN)
* Solid understanding of system analysis and business process optimization
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical thinking skills
* Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and solution assessment
* Ability to identify and analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Upper-intermediate English level or higher
* Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
* Technical literacy, including understanding of object-oriented programming, database design, business intelligence, and low-code business applications
What You’ll Do
* Gather and translate business objectives into actionable requirements for the development team
* Create detailed documentation and support functionality through all project stages up to production
* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver product vision and features
* Manage the product backlog, plan iterations, and elaborate user stories
* Work proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, and Senior Analysts to align on solutions that meet business goals
