In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining backend infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system performance tooling. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure our systems are stable, secure, and scalable — while enabling fast development and experimentation. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys thinking in systems, takes ownership of infrastructure reliability, and wants to help build the backbone of AI products. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll focus on building and maintaining production-ready infrastructure — from backend services to deployment automation. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable and secure backend systems and APIs * Ensuring high reliability and performance of platform services * Collaborating with engineers and product teams to integrate backend infrastructure with AI and frontend systems * Managing container-based environments using Docker and Docker Compose * Automating deployments and maintaining CI/CD pipelines * Monitoring system health, debugging issues, and improving observability * Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and security concerns * Writing and maintaining documentation for platform architecture and processes
✅ What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills * Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript * Familiarity with Python and its ecosystem * Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles * Experience with Docker and Docker Compose * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling * Basic understanding of Linux OS concepts and command-line tools * Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in production environments * Experience applying design patterns and structuring backend systems methodically * Ability to break down complex tasks into maintainable components and implementation steps
Nice to Have * Experience working with LLM or AI-based systems * Exposure to cloud infrastructure * Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and infrastructure security best practices * Familiarity with multi-agent systems, model context protocol (MCP), or agent-to-agent protocols (A2A)
