We’re looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to take full ownership of our LinkedIn lead generation. You’ll design and run smart outreach campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers who need IT solutions — not through mass messages, but through authentic, value-driven conversations with CTOs, Engineering Managers, and tech leaders.
You’ll also play a key role in inviting top speakers to our webinars — finding the right voices and showing them why our events are worth their time.

What we’re looking for:
— 2+ years of proven B2B LinkedIn outreach experience with measurable results
— Experience in IT or software development (you get how tech buyers think)
— Excellent written English (B2+) — clear, confident, and engaging
— Strong research skills to find and understand the right people
— Creative communicator who writes messages that get replies
— Organized multitasker who manages several campaigns with ease
— Proactive and self-driven — you own the channel and collaborate with sales & marketing
Nice to have:
— Experience with cold email or multi-channel outreach
— Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and B2B social media strategy
— Marketing or sales mindset — you think about the “why” behind every message
What you’ll be doing:
— Build and manage outreach campaigns that turn connections into qualified leads
— Craft personalized, smart messages that start real conversations
— Combine LinkedIn with other channels for ABM campaigns
— Keep accounts active and authentic through regular engagement
— Use AI tools to automate, analyze, and optimize outreach
— Track and improve response rates, lead quality, and conversions
