The Gamzix Recruitment Team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help us hire top talent and build the best teams together. Responsibilities * Develop and execute sourcing strategies — identify and engage top talent across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, social media, etc.) * Partner closely with recruiters — collaborate daily to understand hiring priorities, align sourcing efforts with open roles, and ensure smooth handover of qualified candidates * Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline — proactively research, map, and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs * Track and optimize sourcing performance — monitor key metrics (response rate, pipeline conversion, candidate quality), analyze results, and suggest improvements * Engage passive candidates — craft personalized outreach messages and follow-up strategies to attract talent from competitive markets * Maintain and update candidate database — ensure data accuracy, organize talent pools, and enrich the internal ATS/CRM for efficient search and tracking * Conduct market and talent research — analyze competitors, salary ranges, and market availability to support data-driven hiring decisions * Stay current with sourcing tools and trends — continuously explore new sourcing platforms, extensions, and automation tools to boost efficiency
Requirements * 1,5 + years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar sourcing-focused role within the IT industry * Proven track record of building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for technical and non-tech positions * Solid experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) * Experience using ATS/CRM systems to manage candidate data and pipelines * Strong communication and outreach skills — able to craft personalized messages that drive response rates * Detail-oriented and well-organized — capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously * Team-oriented — ready to collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers * English proficiency: Intermediate or higher * Experience in iGaming is a plus * A genuine love for recruitment
