About the role RedHyve is looking for a QA Engineer to join the remote team of our client — an award-winning eCommerce agency delivering custom Magento-based solutions for global brands.
If you’re passionate about testing, driven by detail, and experienced in working with eCommerce platforms, this role is for you. Responsibilities You’ll be part of a cross-functional delivery team, ensuring that every store launch is smooth, every user journey is bug-free, and every deployment meets the high standards clients expect.
Write and execute manual test cases for web and mobile experiences Log, track, and follow up on bugs in JIRA Collaborate with developers and PMs to ensure delivery timelines are met Test integrations, payment systems, and eCommerce workflows Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing Conduct smoke tests during deployment windows Review feature specs and identify edge cases before they go live Requirements ✅ 3+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on eCommerce ✅ Previous work in a digital agency or fast-paced delivery environment ✅ Excellent understanding of web testing methodologies and QA processes ✅ Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar ✅ Familiarity with Magento or other eCommerce platforms ✅ Confident in testing responsive designs and third-party integrations ✅ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser dev tools ✅ Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail
